Refund & Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our delivery partners, we cannot accept cancellations.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (Health & Food items), we do not accept returns once the product seal has been broken or the package has been delivered in good condition.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@nutrihault.com with photos of the package. We will process a replacement or refund immediately post verification. if the replacement is approved, replacement product(s) will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method (Razorpay).
