1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all pin codes across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a rural area, our logistics partners will ensure your package reaches you.

2. Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹500: FREE Delivery.
Orders below ₹500: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applied.

3. Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours from our warehouse in Ara, Bihar.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with the tracking number and the name of the courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, or Ecom Express).

5. Delayed Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays. If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us at support@nutrihault.com.
